World Whiskey Society Doc Holliday 13 Year Old Armagnac Cask Finish Bourbon is a mature American straight bourbon aged for 13 years and bottled at 54% alcohol by volume (ABV), 108 proof, then finished in Armagnac casks to add layered fruit depth and gentle Old World richness. The extended primary aging builds a classic bourbon core of oak, caramel, and vanilla. At the same time, the Armagnac finish contributes soft grape and stone-fruit tones without overpowering the whiskey's structure. The result is a balanced, contemplative bourbon that leans traditional but gains added elegance and dryness from the influence of French brandy casks, suited for neat sipping.
Aroma: Apricot, grape, baker's chocolate, butter, seasoned oak.
